This policy explains how to return Nexvor food supplements bought through the Site, which statutory rights apply inside the European Economic Area, and how refunds are calculated.
1. Shipping geography and customs
Default dispatch is from Sweden to addresses we confirm at checkout inside the EEA, Switzerland, and the UK unless we state otherwise in writing. Import duties, taxes, or carrier surcharges outside our quoted shipping fee remain your responsibility where local law says so. We describe the product as a food supplement on customs paperwork as required.
2. Cooling-off period
Consumers normally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a distance contract without stating a reason, per Chapter 2 of the Swedish Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), implementing Directive 2011/83/EU.
3. Hygiene exception
Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection reasons cannot be accepted once unsealed, provided we informed you before checkout, as allowed under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
